Tastings
Each cake is priced separately based on flavor, size and design details. Delivery and the 8% Maine State sales tax are additional. 2025 clients are averaging $10-15 per guest for wedding cakes and/or desserts.
For your personalized wedding cake tasting and design consultation, choose up to three cake flavors and up to five fillings/frostings to sample. The $30 tasting fee is deducted from your final bill if your order exceeds $500. Most samples can be shipped.
Cake Flavors include vanilla, lemon, orange, carrot, chocolate, spice, pumpkin spice, almond pound cake, toasted coconut, apple bourbon and Caribbean rum.
Fillings and frostings include but are not limited to: vanilla buttercream, raspberry, strawberry or passionfruit buttercream, white chocolate cream cheese, salted caramel buttercream, dark chocolate ganache, caramel buttercream, brown sugar buttercream, house-made raspberry, strawberry or blueberry jam, fresh fruit.
